I don't appreciate being called a bonus abuser! I'm simply saying that Bet Royal should use a little more tact dealing with their costomers! Pulling somebody's winnings away after they have playing for 24 hours and then treating them like a child isn't my idea of good customer realations!
But I guess we should leave this up to the high and mighty to decide. Eh?

All I am saying is read the terms and conditions before you start with any casino promotion....Bet royal had every right to remove the balance as it was clearly stated in the terms and conditions...If a deposit had been made between the free chips the problem would not have happened.
I dont think their response was in any way unwarranted...

So you approve of people being treated like crepe and talked down to? The freakin' casino made the mistake in the first place! they were the ones who allowed the chip or coupon to be redeemed! The player (sureshot) was told "what can you do about in hun?" This is acceptable huh? Oooooooookay. whatever you say!

Thank You Fizzy44. My point was I played for over 24 hrs. there and when I met the playthrough and was $300 ahead thats when the money disappeared. OK so it was a second chip, (which I was not aware of their terms at that time) but they should not have let me redeem it and then after meeting a very high playthrough and was finally ahead it disappeared?
