Hell0 joeydawgs here!, I have an account at vega casino, what I don't understand is how does a person get involved in their freeroll tournaments, I get emails from them telling me their tournaments are free, yet when I go to the tournaments as the time prescribed for the tournaments, It states " insufficient balance, please fund your account", I tried to do a live chat, however, the live chat does'nt work, also I emailed them several times in regards to this matter, but never received a response. Does anyone know how to get into their freeroll tournaments?

Hi Joey it means that there is no cost to enter you still need to use your own funds to play the tourneys and your score goes on the amount you wagered.

As with the other casinos that host freeroll tourneys you have the free entry ones and the ones where you need to do a buy in.
Casino Vega does not have a buy in that is why they call it a freeroll.

So in a sense it is not a free tournament as they do not give you a balance to play with, but it is free to join.
