Whilst browsing the forums/topics over the past years, i must say i noticed a lot of promo's being posted about a promo that had been sent via "snail mail", now as a player from outside the US, i was always a little mythed by these posts, as i hadn't ever received any snail mail.
So was never able to claim these great free promo's and specail offers,
But it seems to have changed, i now receive "snail mail" and can claim more free promo's.

I always got the feeling, that all the promotions were mainly aimed at the US market, and thats why i never got any.
Just recently i received a few and thats why im mentioning it
Im thinking as the US market is shrinking at a rapid rate, they may be aiming their marketing towards a more global market.
But it pisses me off too, and until now no one else would know that, because it seems, you, like me, would rather suffer in silence than bleeting on about it all over the place.

I haven't got any more than usual - the odd one now and again..
Generally, they (obviously) need your mailing address to mail you - so I can only suggest signing up when you see someone posting a promo they received via snail mail and either waiting, or making a deposit or two and then if you really want to wait - you *might* get a snail mail later.
The factors that casinos use to determine who should get a snail mail are often very unusual, but I'm pretty sure that they (obviously being a business) would want to target mostly depositors that have deposited at that casino or one of their sister casinos in the past..
No deposit ones for just signing up and waiting I'd say generally are getting much less and less these days due to too much abuse of bonuses.
Without getting into the boring 'best to deposit' argument that's obvious to most seasoned gamblers now I'll just leave it there lol..

That's exactly how they choose their targets. Whoever deposits the most, gets the most snail mail, no matter where in the world you live.
This info comes directly from several casino managers whom I called and asked to speak to them about it.
But the world IS changing at a geometric rate and we might as well prepare for it. The only way I can think of to prepare, since we don't know what will be required, is to keep our minds as open as possible, train ourselves to realize that the days of easy answers are gone, and learn to go with the flow while at the same time maintaining as much individuality as possible.
I don't like the trends at all. But I'll be damned if I will let them roll over me as if I were a pedestrian in heavy and fast traffic.
Point is: If we can't change the world fast enough to help us, we had better learn to change ourselves to meet it on our pre-considered terms.
That part is easy. Maintaining a positive attitude is the hard part. But is is also the most essential part of what we have to do, hopefully with help from one another's support.
