you can't....this bonus is bogus, ..you have to make a deposit if you want to play w/ the $7 bonus.....that's what live support told me....what a waste of time....

Hi when you enter say a slot game, you click on the little pad lock next to your balance to open it then double click on your $7 real money balance.

the email i got after i registered was only to say there was play money i could make use of but nothing about the $7 real play as advertised. grrrr

I received the email stating to download this casino and I would receive a free Lucky 7.00, however, I can't seem to get out of "free mode" and no where can I find "live support"....to ask for help.
Anyone know what I might have done wrong???

When I try that it says I'm in play mode and to go to "real mode, when I do it takes me to the cashier and requests a deposit.
Plus, there is no "padlock" to click on.....next to RM balance, the only balance it shows is a "play" money balance.

I got it. I downloaded the casino, then logged in. I went to my account and entered my name address etc. When I Completed the registration, the seven dollars was in my account.
