Im just wondering how I can tell if I have deposited enough? I think I have when I look at my history but there is all this bonus stuff next to the amounts can someone help me out please?

Hi LilMiss, you must be referring to an RTG or Playtech casino because Micrograming doesn't post bonuses amounts received. I went to my account and this is what I found:

This is for an RTG casino, like iNetBet

Unfortunately I can't remember which Playtech casinos I've played at in the last 60 days so I can get their statement.

Hi there,

I'm sorry but mgold (used to be Monaco Gold Casino) will NOT be back with redeems since they have changed ownership and we no longer have any affiliate agreement with them.

Of course if things change in the future - we will try to bring them back - but this would be some time I'm pretty sure.

Yes Geno they do accept USA players now. I just deposited with them yesterday and their customer service is awesome!

Your claim was actually submitted on 3rd Nov (not 2nd) which is why your mails were not followed up (because they were still within 72 hours - and we don't have time to chase them when they're not late).

Please remember that the redeem of points is against deposits IN THE CURRENT month (i.e. surely it's best to submit late in the month once you've made the deposits during that month) - NOT the deposits from last month.

THIS IS CLEARLY IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS - BUT OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO READ THEM

I will check this out but if your deposits were last month, not this month - then I expect this is why you have not been credited.

Can someone please tell me how I can view how many cc points I have. Also, is Monaco Gold (Mondial) still one of the casinos you can redeem your cc points for?

As for actually Redeeming your points, please read the instructions in the appropriate topic(s) in this forum.

Generally you need to go to the CC Points Redeems menu option in order to claim the Cash for your CC-Points.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO READ THE TERMS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR CLAIM AS WE WILL NOT REFUND CC-POINTS REDEEMED FOR WHICH YOU DO NOT QUALIFY.

I just looked at your CC-Points and at the time of me posting, you had less than 350 ccpoints. Try the Bonus Bounty Slot (once per hour) to try winning some points, and take a look around the site for many other ways to earn points

I just checked how many you have and you have 1025.

If you do some voting for your favourite sites then you can easily get some more in about 5 minutes, only if you havent voted already this month.

To vote for your favourite sites you need to click on where it says "Best Sites Voting" on the top menu bar at the very top of the screen
