2 By registering as a member of Casino Kingdom you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement just as if you had signed this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement you should immediately discontinue your involvement. Player acknowledges, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules; regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.

3 In accepting these terms and conditions the player also accepts the Casino's right to request, and the Player hereby agrees to provide, proof of identification, age and residence of the Player prior to a withdrawal from a Deposit Account being processed by the Company.

4 Employees of Integrity Ltd (the "Company"), its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Game.

Bonuses

5 Bonuses are promotional credits deposited into an account of Player by the Company. Bonuses may include, but not be limited to, signup, monthly and other promotional bonuses and ex-gratia payments.

6 Unless otherwise stated in the rules or conditions of a Bonus the following rules and conditions (“Standard Wagering Requirements”) apply:

6.1 The Company reserves the right, and without notice, to retract or withdraw any Bonuses deposited to an account of the Player when these Standard Wagering Requirements are not met within 7 days of the Bonus being deposited.

6.2 Wagers on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Sic-Bo and 3 Card Poker do not contribute to meeting Deposit Account withdrawal, or Bonus Account to Deposit Account transfer, requirements.

6.3 Unless otherwise approved beforehand by the Company, wagering with Bonuses on any Blackjack game is void, and voids the Bonus. Where a wagering requirement is not specified in such approval any Bonus wagered on Blackjack must be wagered 42 times the amount of the Bonus before a withdrawal from a Deposit Account or a transfer to a Deposit Account from a Bonus Account is valid and will be processed by the Company.

6.4 No Risk Wagers do not contribute to meeting Deposit Account withdrawal or Bonus Account to Deposit Account transfer requirements.

6.5 Wagers placed on Video Poker using Bonus Credits must total at least 42 times the amount of the Bonus before a withdrawal from a Deposit Account or a transfer to a Deposit Account from a Bonus Account is valid and will be processed by the Company.

6.6 Wagers placed on all other games using Bonus Credits must total at least 10 times the amount of the Bonus before a withdrawal from a Deposit Account or a transfer to a Deposit Account is valid and will be processed by the Company.

6.7 Unless otherwise approved beforehand by the Company, wagering with Transferred Credits on any Blackjack game is void, and voids the Transferred Credits. Where a wagering requirement is not specified in such approval any Bonus wagered on Blackjack must be wagered 42 times the amount of the Transfer before a withdrawal from a Deposit Account is valid and will be processed by the Company.

6.8 Unless excused by the Company beforehand, and at it's sole discretion, credits transferred from a Player's Bonus Account to their Deposit Account by a Player are subject to the following conditions:

6.8.1 Wagers placed on Video Poker using Transferred Credits must total at least 42 times the amount of the transfer before a withdrawal is valid and will be processed by the company.

6.8.2 Wagers placed on all other games using Transferred Credits must total at least 10 times the amount of the transfer before a withdrawal from a Deposit Account is valid and will be processed by the Company.

6.9 Where a Bonus is deposited by the Company into an account of the Player and the Bonus is associated with the Player making a deposit, these Standard Wagering Requirements apply to the deposit of the Player as well as to the Bonus.

6.10 The minimum amount you may transfer from your Bonus Account to your Deposit Account is 50 credits, regardless of the currency of the Player account.

6.11 All right and title in Bonus Credits remains with the Company until such time as these Standard Wagering Requirements, and/or any special terms and conditions applicable to and published in relation to a Bonus, have been met wherein the right and title to any remaining Bonus credits, including winnings derived from the Bonus, is immediately transferred to the Player.

6.10 For the avoidance of doubt, in any circumstance where a Bonus is deposited by the Company into the deposit account of a player, these Standard Wagering Requirements, including any terms or conditions specific to the Bonus, apply, and the Player is deemed to have wagered their deposit in it's entirety first before the Player is deemed to have wagered any Bonus credits.

6.11 These Standard Wagering Requirements do not apply to Deposits that stand-alone and are not associated with a Bonus paid by the Company.

6.12 All Bonuses are available only once per person, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

6.13 The Company reserves the right to refuse future Bonuses to the Player, or to take any other such action deemed appropriate and necessary at the sole discretion of the Company, when the Player breaches these Standard Wagering Requirements or the specific terms and conditions that may apply to a Bonus as published from time to time by the Company.

6.14 Affiliates of the Company are ineligible to claim or be paid any Bonus.

6.15 Residents of the USA and Canada, and their territories, may only wager and be paid in USD or CAD. Only residents of Great Britain, and its territories, may wager and be paid in GBP. Only residents of countries that have adopted the Euro may wager and be paid in Euros. Residents of other countries must wager and be paid in USD."

General Conditions

7 In the event of a dispute between the Company and the Player, the Company will be the sole judge of the dispute and no further correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right, exercisable in our sole discretion, to change the terms, conditions or rules of, discontinue or cancel any Bonus at any time for any reason whatsoever and without notice.

8 Bonuses, and promotional offers, are not transferable.

9 Players residing in Denmark, Israel and China are not eligible to claim any Bonus not requiring the Player to make an associated deposit.

10 The Company reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks on all withdrawal requests and may, at it's sole discretion with-hold payment of withdrawals until such security and fraud checks have been completed.

11 Where the Player deposits money into a Deposit Account using a Credit Card, Firepay or Citadel, the Company reserves the right to refuse the deposit unless the Player confirms the deposit by providing an authorising signature. Player Agrees and Becomes Party to the Terms, Conditions and Rules

12 By entering the Casino, opening an account at the Casino, playing any Game, use and reuse of such any form of player account or the acceptance or use of any Prize, Bonus or promotion, Player hereby represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:

12.1 Player fully acknowledges, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.

12.2 Player can only have one (1) deposit account and must register only his/her own details (Email address, credit cards etc).

12.3 Player is over the age of legal majority; i.e. player is an "adult" as that term is legally defined in Player's jurisdiction of residence, and is also over 18 years of age.

12.4 Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games.

12.5 Player has the full, complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Game and Player's participation in the Game is not prohibited in the player's jurisdiction.

12.6 Player does not find the Game or the Casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, nor indecent.

12.7 Player acknowledges that the Game is for entertainment value only. Player acknowledges that no deposit is necessary or required to play the Game. If a player wishes to play without betting money, he/she may do so without being constrained by these terms and conditions excepting that the Player must comply with paragraph 12.3.

12.8 Player shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of Player's; (i) entry, use, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) use of any materials at the Web site, (iii) entry, use, or reuse of the Casino Server, (iv) participation in the Game, or, (v) the acceptance of any Prize.

12.9 Player acknowledges and agrees that the terms Integrity Ltd and Casino Kingdom are the trademarks, service marks, and tradenames of the Company and Player obtains no rights to such terms, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the material contained therein.

12.10 Player's interest in the Game is personal, and not professional, and is solely for Player's own personal entertainment and any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Casino, the Game by Player is strictly prohibited and is void.

12.11 Player acknowledges and agrees that they shall review at least monthly these Terms and Conditions of the Company.

12.12 The Player acknowledges and agrees the minimum amount which can be withdrawn is USD75, GBP40 and EUR60.

12.13 In the event where the Player claims and is paid a Bonus not associated with a deposit, and complies with the Standard Wagering Requirements, and any specific terms and conditions that may apply to the Bonus claimed by the Player, the maximum amount payable to the Player by the Company, as winnings from the Bonus, shall be $250/£140/210€, all winnings in excess of the maximum amount payable are void. Other Conditions

13 The Company's failure to enforce strict performance of a provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The Company reserves the right to assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice.

14 All Players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Vanuatu in respect of all matters or things arising in respect of this Agreement and their use of the Casino and the Games. 16 Player is not required to participate in the Game and such participation, if elected by Player, is at Player's sole option, discretion and risk. Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, Prize claims or entries. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement. Taxes, if any, on any Prize is Player's sole responsibility. If a player doesn't log onto the casino server via the Internet, to Player's account by using Player's "user name" and "Password" for a period of 120 days all balances can be removed from the players account and held in trust by The Company and returned to the Player's deposit account upon request by the Player. Unclaimed funds will be applied to promotions at the sole discretion of the Company. By accepting prize and/or winnings, Player consents to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified and/or amended only by the Company posting such modification and/or amendment in the "Terms and Conditions" section of the Casino. The Company shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by Player to participate in the Game by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel Player's account for any reason and issue any balance in Player's account at the time of such cancellation. The terms and conditions contained herein, and the terms and conditions specific to a Bonus or promotion offered to the Player from time to time, represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Player and the Company and supersedes and merges all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the Player and the Company.
