Thank You Fizzy44. My point was I played for over 24 hrs. there and when I met the playthrough and was $300 ahead thats when the money disappeared. OK so it was a second chip, (which I was not aware of their terms at that time) but they should not have let me redeem it and then after meeting a very high playthrough and was finally ahead it disappeared? Oh Well! Live and Learn.
