As far as I know you can have an account at all the Rival Casinos. I do and have deposited at 4 out of the 9 Rival Casinos. I have received bonuses and free money at all of them. I use the same username at all of them too. I have not had any problems with cashing out any winnings. One cashout was for $900.

I think they are changing some things at Rival Software (mainly some bonus rules) but I have heard nothing about not being able to have an account at all of them.
