Can't trust their service to return emails, no luck, would stay away from depositing unless service exists.

Nope, and if you downloaded form here and did not download from CCJ forum you will not get the bonus either....Also, if you are emailing support from your email, doubtfull they will respond

.....try it from the software instead, thats what I did and got a reply finally.
