i also was told that that offer is no longer valid and that they would give me the $10 if i deposit.

I think it was only for the "Grand-Opening" 1st 30-45 days or so. It has just changed in last 2-3 days or so..

I don't know which live support you went to BUT thel ive support said they had no $10.00 sign up bonus. I sent them the link for this post and guess what!!! I didn't receive no $10.00 n/d bonus or any kind of reply from them about this bonus. So you must be the lucky one. Has anyone else been denied??
