Help! - 20 Nov 2007

Hi,

I don't know if this is where I should be asking this question...(sorry if it's not).

I wanted to redeem my CC points at Everygame and I read the T&C's, but I was wondering if you have deposited say $400 over the last 4 weeks and $80 of it were bonuses (including the last deposit on the account)......am I still eligible to claim my CC points?

I'm a Casino Crush Virgin and I'm afraid if I mess up and try to claim a bonus when I don't qualify ....that I might be banned for trying again later.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Voightster, oh hun we don't ban people for messing up, we tar and feather them. hehee just kidding

What I would suggest is calling Everygame and ask them what the total amount of deposits you've made in a 4 week period without Bonuses. Its better to be safe then sorry.

What I usually do is keep a notepad and write down when I make a deposit with Everygame. I write down the date, amount and with or without bonus.

I think I might get bannded too Hun I put in for a request but don't think I made enough deposit either in the last month . I have made so many in the past I did not know how to check what I had deposited till I had already made the request . So this might be the end of me being here too . You're not going to get banned slotmom. We don't ban people for innocent mistakes. If we did, I would of been gone a long, long time ago!

I strongly encourage everyone to double check their deposits with the casino or keep a record of all deposits so that you don't miss out on doing the redeems. A little extra playing money can't hurt any of us! hehee

Slotmom I go to their main webpage and go to the sportsbook section. When you get there click log in on the left hand side. Then you can check your account deposits. I use this page frequently. Everything is done through their sportsbook so log in there. I hope this helps

I checked mine yesterday and I did find out that it does not show bonuses that you received just your deposits so you might want to call them to double check. 1-866-54-WAGER

on the page I told you to go to it does show bonuses. It gaives a list of all transactions between your accounts.

Hi Sable, I just logged back into my account, going through the sportsbook, login, click on account, then click on deposits and mine only shows my deposits but not the bonuses. I just had a bonus with my last deposit. Am I looking in the wrong place?

when I click on accounts, then deposits I get a list. Here is a peice of the list:

Oct 29,2007 Bonus! USD 5.00 Accepted OK
Nov 03,2007 Bonus! USD 5.00 Accepted OK
Nov 03,2007 QT USD 10.00 Accepted OK


it tells me bonuses and everything. maybe change your display type to " by transaction type"

But it does tell you bonuses at least on mine.
