Downloading - 10 Jul 2008

Hi, can anyone help me with a downloading problem i am having? I have had the casino "Everygame" downloaded for quite some time. now all of a sudden, when i go to play a game, it almosts completes loading and then locks up. I have been on the phone with support and tried seeveral things.... it doesn't work. can anyone please help? ty

have you tried completely un-installing and re-installing after clearing your cache and cookies?

Yes i did unistall then reinstall, but i'm not sure what u mean by clearing cache or cookies.....
I was playing "tomb raider secret of the sword when it locked up.... during a bonus round.....i had already won over $100 and it's locked in that game and i can't get my winnings until i can return to that game......

go to your control panel......internet options....delete browsing history and cookies from there.

I did that.... I guess i'll have to wait on "support" to send me back an email......thank you for your time......

can't offer you any help but last year on ladbrokes casino hitman jammed for me on the bonus round...after ages trying to explain to them that it wasn't my pc they eventually logged into my account on their computers and saw the game had crashed and was jammed on bonus round tho i could still access other games...they had to go to the game makers to get patches to try fix...it took over 6 weeks of emails and phone calls from them to me to eventually get a solution that worked before i could play the game and complete the round to get winnings tho i can't complain as they did give me several £20 payments during that time for the inconvenience so maybe the same thing has happened to you tho i could get onto the same game on my other account

yeah, i tried to explain exactly that......but they are saying it definitely isn't at their end, that it is my pc....all my other games and casino's work..... but in Everygame, i can't get into any of the games. i can go to banking and all other things, just not the games....i was wondering if i gave my account # to someone that would go to my account on their pc and go into that game (tomb raider secret of the sword), just to finish the bonus, then the winnings would show on my balance and then i could at least play the instant flash casino (which works fine)........not sure if that would work or not, but i'm willing to try.......

well if you use a different pc with your account number it will work and if it doesn't then you know it is only your account not your pc

yes. that is what i wanted to do, but i don't have access to another pc. none of my friends gamble, so i know that they would have to download the whole casino and crepe...... and i really don't want them to know that i play.....lol i was hoping to find someone that already has this casino on their computer and do it for me....... are u interested in doing it for me ????? i would just have to trust you..... lol

deb best person to ask on here would be either oc rc or geno since if someone accesses your account they would get your personal details...you could pm them and ask....they can only say yes or no
