Inside out hamburgers or turkey burgers...

| mix the meat with a little garlic powder, red pepper and black pepper. pound them really thin. put one patty and then whatever you want....cheese, bacon, green chiles, salsa, roast peppers (see above) and put another thin patty on top. Seal the edges...really tight....grill like normal. It really makes the burgers juicy and it is so fun to assemble! |
