How to post a Winning Screen Shot
It's nice and easy to show off a screen shot on CC. Just follow these simple instructions:-
COPYING A SCREEN TO A FILE
1. When you hit a winning combination that you'd like to show off - hit the PrtScrn (Print Screen) button. If you are playing a flash/browser based casino - hold down Alt before pressing the PrtScrn (this only then takes a snap shot of that window rather than the whole screen around it).
-> This copies your screen shot to your clipboard
PLEASE NOTE ON SOME COMPUTERS IT MAY SAY Prt Sc or something similar and also you made need to press and hold a function (Fn) key.
2. Run your paintbrush program. you can do this by clicking Start->Run and typing pbrush (press enter). The example below assumes you are using Windows Paint:-
3. Hold down CTRL and press V (or Edit->Paste) - this should paste your screen shot into the Paint Program.
4. Re-size if required (an easy way to do this in Paint is just to use the "Image->Stretch/Skew" option and then enter the same reduction percentage in the % for Horizontal and Vertical. If it looks funny you can undo easy enough and try again until you're happy with it.
5. Once you have your image - click on File-Save(As) and at the bottom ensure that the type selected is JPG or JPEG.
6. Give your file a name (and take a note of where abouts on your PC it will be saved).
ATTACHING YOUR SCREEN SHOT INTO YOUR POST
1. Click Reply (if part of a contest) or Post New Topic (if posting in Lucky Winners for example), (you can't post a screen shot using Quick Reply)...
2. Type your message and then towards the bottom click on "Add Attachment"
3. A new section will open at the bottom where you can select your file for attaching to your post.
4. Once you've done that (you can repeat adding more if you wish).. you can check they are included either by clicking on Posted Attachments or Preview (which will actually show your screenshot in your post).
5. If you're happy with the post - just click Submit as normal
