Change the Total Game Points Contest?
For quite some time now I've noticed participation in the Total Game Points contest have been very low. Its also been a long time since we've had 15 qualifying members play.
Do you have any suggestions on how to improve participation?
I was thinking we could try top 3 qualifying members win a prize maybe 1st $15, 2nd $10, 3rd $5 and take out the rule of 3 month waiting until you can win again or we could leave that rule in. What do you think would work?
I've also thought about taking Alchemy out of the Arcade. In a short period of time you can make millions of game points just playing that game compared to the other games.
I have asked Geno if we could get new games in the arcade, I know that would get more people playing ... but in order to add new games to the arcade he would have to completely update CC that would take him a long time to do and we don't make any money from the arcade so his time is better spent on things that do so we can keep CC open, so for now that's not an option.
Any suggestions or comments please make a post and let us know what you think would work best and be most fair for all arcade players.

When I made it the featured game this month is what got me thinking about it ...and you know how I hate to think LOL
Any changes made to the Total Game Contest would be made for next month.

no alchemy game ,unless its repared to play "normal" points
not the same 3 winners next 2 months
maybe p.e. if mazegame does not return,3 random prizes,choosen between nr 4-15

I know I voted for this poll but I cant remember what I picked.
Judging by my post in May, the 3 month waiting rule.
But that was before I started participating in the Total Game Points contest.

There is some stiff competition in this contest....
With some really amazing scores.

I think that top 3 qualifying sounds very, very good.
It takes some time to accumulate those 6 digit scores.
The 3 month rule is good to stay or go.
But..... if you want more crushers participating then it should go.
But at the same time, you also do want to give other crushers a chance.... so...
My conclusion is that I am undecided about the 3 month rule. Should it stay or go? lol

We do have some serious (and damn good) game players here and that is exactly why we asked. The reason we put in the 3 month clause in was because we received quite a few complaints that the same people were winning ... not quite sure if that would still apply but we're willing to try about anything.
Well, I can't wait to see what the final conclusions are
