Is anyone having issues with UMB and depositing. They say they are in the process of migrating into a better system, but they have not been working since sept 30th. No warnings - nothing. They do not even answer any emails. I got one response that wasn't even from the email I sent them. I especially have trouble using my bank - Nova Scotia.

Any news would be great!

I feel very bad to say this but lately I dont know what is going on with their finace and support becaseu I never had problem but in the past 3 weeks I am canadian and I had my account block, unblock, block, unblock for no reason. Now they tell me that they have to much problem with the PAD and apparetnly I was told by finace which I kept all emails from them that yesterday they were suppose to lauch back the old way to deposit with your bank card. But never happened so I wrote to CEO got a replied I should have never been told that because it is not certain if it will happen and when. and than I was told my account wsa block becasue I send them email from differetn email address which I have copied of everything and never once did I do that. So something is up and I dont know if could trust them with all my info anymore. Evil or Very Mad
