All I can tell you is that I started receiving things (unsoliticted) after signing up for a few casinos. They usually look like junk mail and are from overseas. Also, if you do get a mailer, look thru all of it - some of the ones I have received have a small piece of paper like a coupon stuck in there somewhere.

As to your query, I usually request a CD to be send to me via normal post.
I usually get some free $$ from whichever casino I am interested in.
Ruby fortune casino, send me a $20 voucher just for requesting a CD, so did Casino Grand bay - they offered me a $100 ND voucher.Intercasino offered me a $20 ND coupon.
I am not sure all the other microgaming casino's actually gives out free $$ when you apply for a casino CD - you will find the info to get a CD on their individual home web site.
