I have deposited at 3 rival casinos and i was just locked out of all rival casinos even the new one i emailed them and i have recived no reply from any of them. is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi there,
Please allow up to 48 hours * for a reply on your emails as I suspect with the new Rival casino arriving that perhaps the same is happening to others and I suspect Customer Support are being inundated with support emails
* Please also bear in mind it's the weekend so whilst Customer Support is always around - there might be slightly less for some casinos than others - so I would suggest waiting until Monday for a reply
OR - if they have Live Chat, you can try that - and as always (for others reading this) - please remember to be polite, patient and courteous as you would like to be treated whilst using the Live Support - they can't always give you instant answers but if they can they will.

i emailed them when the first lockout happened on monday and went to live help they said to email the casino they would not tell me why i was locked out so i emailed and asked why i was locked out on mon tues wed thur but still no reply _________________
