WHILST I APPRECIATE ANY FEEDBACK, REMEMBER WE ARE A FORUM COMMUNITY CREATED WITH MORE OF A FOCUS ON POSITIVES IN THE ONLINE GAMBLING WORLD ... A while ago, it was brought to my attention that the Club World casino group were having some troubles as we had not been receiving our affiliate commission (advertising payments) since January this year.

Some times, there are issues that happen with payment providers due to changing legislation or ownership or any number of other things which can take a little while to resolve (usually this is done very quickly and often players will not notice this as it's back-end stuff).

As this group had a very good reputation - I left it for a couple of months and only sent 1 email reminding them it was overdue.

Unfortunately, during March (at which time I was extra busy at home) there were more and more issues being brought up in the affiliate forums and I didn't get to read all of these until today.

I have also attempted communication with the group since seeing an email from their senior affiliate manager announcing he was leaving (after some 8+ years there) which of course is very worrying. I have tried many different ways but so far there has been no response at all.

A lot of these issues point to unfairness on affiliates and players. There were a number of different reasons being posted for reasons of non-payment but then apparently affiliate/advertiser statistics were also being changed so that us advertisers were not being credited for the referred players that we should be. They also changed the terms and conditions without advising or agreeing this up front.

When places start this behaviour for affiliates (whom only deal with a % of player value), it is early signs that they will take take take from players and are also very likely to do everything they can not to pay them also.

As such, I am advising and asking you NOT TO PLAY at any of the following casinos until further notice, AND to be wary of new US accepted brands that might start quickly popping up now as the management "start afresh" whilst dropping all their previous relationships with the sites like ours and many others that helped advertise them.

Dear Crushers,

I felt I should give an update (a positive one) that earlier this month it seems that Casino Crush (and a few other affiliates from my knowledge) received their April commission at the beginning of this month.

However, they still have yet to pay (us at least) for our advertising commissions from December 2016 thru to March 2017.

Our last communication from this group was around the middle of March explaining that the company had been put into a bad situation and that since then a new management team had been put in place in order to rectify the situation.

However, unfortunately, despite many attempts to contact them - they have not yet responded.

To be absolutely fair I wanted to make this post to give an update that they have made at least for us a positive step, but for now - until we have been fully paid along with other affiliates, I feel that we must maintain our advice to not play at these casinos until such time as they have gotten up to date with everything.

We will not advertise these casinos until such time as they are all paid up, so that we are then reassured that they are also able to pay players winnings (i.e. if they can't pay advertising then unlikely they will be able to pay players also).

Also, I will first need to have a resume in communication with this group in order to reassure that this will not happen again.

I will post any further updates to this topic if / when there is further progress to report.

It is really sad that this group has gone bad. I read last week of a player cashing out and them sending him a check , which they ended up cancelling it leaving them with overdrafts in his bank. That is a all time low in my opinion.

Another update...

I have received an email from the new management team this morning -- another step in the right direction.

Let's hope that everything will get back on track ASAP as I understand with so many choices of places to play that those that have had problems may find it difficult to regain player trust.

I will lock this topic for the moment as really I only meant it to keep you up-to-date with what is going on from my understanding and experiences.

Dear Crushers,

This is the latest update from this group. We finally received our owed commissions (some of it going back to December last year) - so this is our advertising account up to date and another step in the right direction.

However, at the moment whilst they are still in the process of repairing their reputation, further advertising and recommending them will be left 'on-hold' for a month after which I will have a review and catch up with some other affiliates/sites.

Before recommending to any further players, I'd like to ensure that our existing referred players are feeling taken care of and reassured and this is something we can see from reporting statistics and I keep in touch with a few others that share their experiences.

So, my next update, including whether or not we are ready to re-start our relationship with these previously well respected brands will be ... around this time next month.
