I played through and requested my money (200 Dollars). Neteller withdrawal was cancelled. Only a message in cashier "Promo Credit withdrawal approved". Live Chat said: "You are not eligible to withdraw, you haven't purchased. Deposit 100 than we can talk about." I just opened the account, never used a free chip.

I cashed out on a free chip a couple of years ago when they used the playtech software. The cashout was $150 and they gave me a hard time, took over two months to get it, but I did!
Too much hassle so I would never deposit there again!!!
