It will be on the bottom right of the home page of casino when you log in! They've had to manually credit some of mine.

Inside the casino you'll find promotions in the lower right hand side, enter the promo code there then claim it.

It worked for me, thank you!!!

I got the same message??? Went to live chat and Ola stated that they can't credit the promo manually???? Any suggestions?

I read, I looked and read again and looked again...and so I read again and again and again...only to look and look and look.....and now I GIVE UP! I can't find anything where I can enter and claim the bonus code Brick wall

would it be possible to post a screenshot of exactly what this page is suppose to look like? (Please!!! - before i go crazy! Shocked

Just call support and tell them u received the letter in the mail. They were only going to give it to me in 1 account and said my other were'nt eligible but i told them my letter stated you have $15 free and can be used in any of the account numbers listed to the side of this page which had all of my 8 account numbers. They ended up crediting all of my accounts.

I have a feeling it may be for USA only, I'm not sure though. Here is a screenshot I just took that shows where you enter the promo code. (at least for the USA)
