It seems as though alot do not send email regarding bonuses.. My advise is to keep checking your accounts.

awww, so sorry. Rival gives out the most bonuses I have ever seen. Have you checked your accounts? They do not always send emails.

You can write or talk to chat about not getting bonuses and see if you get a bonus after that I useually do if I do not get one for awhile it may not be in that casino, but one of the rival casino's. so check all you have after you write or talk to chat.
